LEG FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM (about 12 exercises total tailored for lower body flexibility - more emphasis on glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, ab/adductors, front and middle splits (passive, active, standing, aerial depending on your needs). Warm ups, transitions/tricks breakdown and conditioning included. A 30 min Skype or Facetime consultation included to make sure the student performs correctly the program. A questionnaire will be provided upon purchase to assess the student’s current flexibility level and goals.
