BACKBENDING PROGRAM (about 12-15 exercise sequences total tailored for upper body flexibility - more emphasis on spine, shoulders, hips. This is a contortion style training plan that includes also warm ups, transitions/tricks breakdown and conditioning). A 30 min Skype or Facetime consultation included to make sure the student performs correctly the program. A questionnaire will be provided upon purchase to assess the student’s current flexibility level and goals.
