Exactly 5 years ago in April 2012, I attended my first flexibility class and quickly started discovering the love of being supple, bendy, somehow in my mind “limitless”.
You’ve been stretching/training/following your passion diligently for the past 5 years or so. You went through it all: the first exciting discoveries, the learning experience, the downfalls, the good days and bad days.
Beside of course training, what else can be done to help the body become more flexible? There are no magic potions or crazy diet plans that can make you more flexible - I wish!
