Here you'll get to know a little more about who I am and what I do! My career and lifestyle revolves around healthy nutrition, injury prevention, strength and flexibility training, for 3 main reasons:

1.
I love to feel free in movement, I love to explore the body's potential and push further limits imposed by the mind, while keeping a healthy approach to it (balance!).

2.
Through training I overcame difficult moments in my life and I became stronger, more driven and determined.

3.
I felt naturally motivated to share my passion; after seeing how much I could accomplish once I channeled my focus and energy in the right direction, and I wanted to help others being able to do the same with their goals.
